Sponsored by: Proactive Ministries, Smyrna, GA     (www.proactive-ministries.org)   Phone: (770) 803-9988

Hello and welcome to the Ministry Encouragement Podcast for our sixty-sixth weekly Episode.  Your choosing to join me for this time truly encourages me and helps to build our community of faith which is growing out of our podcast.  If this is your first time, welcome and I hope you will listen to several of our Episodes, pray it over and consider Subscribing to the podcast.  You can then download all the previous Episodes which you can listen to at your leisure – on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

Several of you have asked, “What is an optimal way to accomplish building my personal spiritual growth library with these various Episodes?”  Glad you asked.  I would personally recommend downloading one of several APPS to your phone or tablet: 1) The “Podcasts” APP, by Apple is free; 2) A second great option is an APP named, “Downcast” which is a podcast library holder and organizer, also free; or 3) RSSRadio (Apple devices).  There are numbers of others, both free and minimal cost.

After you install and APP, then you can subscribe to the Ministry Encouragement Podcast and automatically download all the Episodes or choose various ones manually that you prefer.  It will then update your APP with new ones that are uploaded from me.  Of course, there are over 700,000 free podcasts and growing each day!

In today’s Episode I want to talk about:

Eight Consistent Actions That Will Maximize Your Personal Ministry

I will be “drilling down deeper into my top three” from this list!

Eight Consistent Actions That Will Maximize Your Personal  Ministry:

1)   Pray and use your Bible as a Top Spiritual Resource

2)   Take life one day at a time, step by step

3)   Learn how to say “No” without guilt

4)   Rebuke worries and take action with relationships

5)   Don’t let your ego undermine you

6)   Practice authentic forgiveness – spiritual leaders draw heat

7)   Recognize the influence of kindness

8)   Create a daily list with two parts: Thankful for & Praiseworthy

I hope you can take a few minutes and choose which of these would be your top three out of the list of eight.  As you will hear in my comments, mine are #1, #5, and #7. (Italicized above)   I hope you will be blessed as I discuss and share about these and you will share them with others you know who could use encouragement in their ministry.
